Subscriptions and purchases are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. MyAtlas does not directly collect or store your payment-card information.
All content, software, trademarks, and logos within the Services are owned or licensed by MyAtlas Inc. and protected by law. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyAtlas Inc., its affiliates, and licensors are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
You agree to defend and hold harmless MyAtlas Inc. and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims or liabilities arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct we reasonably believe violates these Terms or applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, U.S.A., without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Delaware in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in class or representative actions.
